When I moved to College Park in the late 80’s I fell in love with the charming small town feeling in the midst of the city. Currently, I reside in our 6th home in College Park along with my Edgewater Alumni husband and two boys; one who attends Edgewater High School and the other Lee Middle School. What started as a hobby with my husband of buying, renovating and selling of our personal homes I decided to make a career out of helping others find the right property for their needs. Teena is a lifelong Orlando resident with two generations of history in the development/real estate business. Ray Shirzad

I have a wide variety of experience in just about every field. Through the years I have worked as an entrepreuneur, restaurant owner, construction and much more but in 1990 I settled in as a full-time realtor in the Orlando area.
I have a love for people and I enjoy working with them as I assist in their every real estate need. I specialize as a listing agent and work across the entire Central Florida area from DeLand, Kissimmee, Winter Garden and Oviedo but truly call College Park home. I have a home in the Dubsdread neighborhood and also run into many friends and neighbors at the Dixie Coin Laundry that I have owned since 1985.

I graduated from Florida A&M University with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and moved to Orlando in 1985. I am a member of Amnesty International and a Board Member of the Central Florida Soccer League.
